‘The Parable of the Cross’, a pre-Lenten retreat experience led by speaker Deacon Dan Wagnitz, Quad Parishes, Diocese of Green Bay, is intended to help participants contemplate the power, the challenge, the invitation and even the beauty of the cross of Christ. Beginning at 12:30 p.m. ‘The Parable of the Cross mission will consist of three talks: The Cross as Atonement, The Cross as Invitation and The Cross as the Sign of God’s Love; followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament which will end at 3:30 p.m. There will also be a priest present for confessions. Although the retreat will conclude at 3:30 p.m., you are invited and encouraged to stay and attend the Holy Mass at 4:00 p.m. as the perfect way to continue to reflect on the power of the cross of Christ.
