Couples planning to marry at will need to contact the parish at least six (6) months prior to their anticipated wedding date. Marriage in the Catholic Church is a sacrament and it is necessary to participate in a marriage preparation program. This includes meeting with a priest or deacon from the Parish. A recent copy of the baptismal certificate is required to show you are free to marry in the Catholic Church. Local customs vary regarding the wedding liturgy and music.
